In update 8 we finally got our hands on transport and supply trucks. With these transport vehicles you can transport a total amount of 12 people. This is going to help a lot and will be the most efficient way to get squads up to the front line.
The problem lies in the fact that we only get one transport truck pre-spawned in the beginning of a round. They will always spawn at the same HQ every time. It makes things very unbalanced for couple of aspects listed down below.

1. Capture points will change for every new game.
With all the points swaping places will result that you might have to drive diagonally towards the
middle objective while the enemy just going straight and getting there faster then your team.
2. One truck for 50 people?
When that one truck is filled up. The remaining 38 player must move on foot like before leading to 12 players having a quick advancement, while the rest must walk effectively not changing anything in terms of early game pacing. Of course the commander can spawn in more trucks, but there's a two minute cooldown, as well as this makes teams without a commander at an even further disadvantage than before, due to a lack of mobility. Relying on the commander for critical movement like this shouldn't be a thing.
3. Half full transports.
Some people will just drive away with only a few guys in it, leaving the team left behind. This can easily be fixed with a cooldown before the game starts.
4. Coordination
Everyone will try to be the first one to get in the truck forcing people to spawn there and then end up running a longer way.
I want to see some changes regarding this. Let us all spawn on one HQ only (middle). When the game starts give us a 2 minute timer in locked spawn area for everybody to spawn in and coordinat our attack. After some time passed the rest of main HQ will open up. This is what both Squad and Post-scriptum have implemented and it makes so much sense.
I see what the devs are trying to do with the transport, have it to be used like a "shock troop" method. Get one small fight going until the big wave comes. I like the idea but it can be implemented way better and definitely have at least 2 transports pre-spawned.
One more thing to take away trolls and other BS, make it so only SL can drive and assign drivers in his squad for even more control.

There's another loop-hole too. What if there was ultra-coordination? Fill the truck with ONLY SLs, roll them up to the front, drop OPs and everyone else respawns on the OP. Wow.
Great points Fetty! I haven't been able to spend much time on HLL as of late but can understand where you're coming from. I can see this being helpful with competitive but when your whole team is a pug? You also need to factor in those who dont want to communicate and play like its CoD. The ones that just want troll for some reason i.e. taking off with the truck before anyone can get into it. New players that don't understand and just want to shoot.
Granted the updates brought a lot of good and cool things, the one thing that can make or break a match is your team. I've experience 1st hand commander not listening to squad leads and their squads doing their own thing. You can have an awesome strat/coordination but again if the whole team doesn't follow then whats the point?
